Job Opportunity: Project Manager with Fit Out Experience
Are you a Project Manager with Fit Out experience looking to make your mark in a rapidly growing company? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join this family owned company, overseeing construction projects ranging from £50k to £3m. This role is based in Wembley, with the need to commute for meetings and engage with suppliers using Microsoft Project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead pre-commencement, procurement, and onsite activities for various contracting works
• Drive forward planning, programming, and management of... projects through to completion
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Obtain the best value sub-contract and supplier prices
• Hold and attend regular client site/review meetings
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, external consultants, and colleagues
• Prepare accurate construction phased programmes
The Ideal Candidate:
• Project Manager with Fit Out experience: Significant experience in the Commercial Fit out industry
• Effective Communicator: Can lead teams and work well with clients and colleagues
• Commercial Awareness: Knowledgeable of Building Legislation and financial aspects
• Problem Solver: Methodical in approach with exceptional attention to detail
• Qualifications: Valid CSCS card (Gold/Black), SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid certification, full UK driving licence
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects and able to work under pressure
