What would you do?
Job Description :
Require backend developers: NodeJS
• It is ok if they have passing HTML/CSS skills since they wont be doing much frontend development
• Kubernetes understanding at the least and experience is desirable
• ECS skills
• Be aware of Service Mesh and nice to have if they have worked on Service mesh
Developer attributes that are critical:
• Need to know more than one programming language and evidence they have done projects in both
• Need to be genuinely interested and curious about the big problem and not be limited in thinking about their own feature
