We re looking for a highly motivated and experienced real estate team member to join our team in London. The right candidate will be responsible for managing assets and acquisitions, as well as supporting the real estate development process. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management and land acquisition coupled with a solid understanding of the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and perform due diligence. Assist in negotiating and structuring real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, owners and investors. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Analyse financial and market data to make informed investment decisions. Develop and manage financial models to assess investment opportunities and risks. Prepare investment proposals... presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Manage real estate assets, including leasing and property management. Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend strategies for improvement. Assist in the real estate development process, from feasibility studies to project completion. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in real estate. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
