Position: Security OfficerPay rate: £12 per hourShift Pattern: 7 nights 3 off 2 days 2 offLocation: Witan Gate House, MK9 1GBMust have:Valid SIA licenceGood customer service and communication skillsExperience within a similar position is preferred5-year checkable work historyDuties:Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal, are adhered toReport any issues to the supervisor or duty managerAlways conduct yourself in a professional mannerProvide regular foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the client’s property and assetsProvide a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitorsRespond to emergenciesDeal with conflict in an appropriate manner if requiredWrite up incidents to the standard expected by ManagementCarry out ID checksBe vigilant to the Health and Safety risksExcellent communication skills to all levels – verbally, written, phone, and by security radiosCan work effectively as part of a team or on own initiativeA... positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challengesWe are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and ensure the overall security of the premises.The ideal candidate will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.
