We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car purchasing process. Your ability to build rapport with customers and your knowledge of our vehicle offerings will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting a vehicle.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, features, and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities to potential buyers.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market, including competitor offerings and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to... ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership's CRM system.
Requirements
• Previous experience in car sales or a related retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to closing sales.
• A valid driving licence is required for conducting test drives.
• Familiarity with automotive technology and features is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
