Operational hours: 9 hour shifts between 9am - 9pm (Monday - Sunday)
Role:
You will be conversing with customers through a webchat function - establishing appropriate services through probing and profiling. Aiming to upsell higher value products & add-ons, you will be selling products such as broadband & fibre, TV and mobiles.
If you are looking to gain experience in sales, we are looking for the following:
• A confident communicator, fluent in English both verbal and written
• Good PC Literacy and web savvy
• A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• Experience in working towards and achieving targets
• Ability to maximise sales through excellent customer... service
• Customer focused and have a genuine desire to provide high quality service
• Ideally able to demonstrate previous contact centre/ service and/or sales experience desirable but not required. We often train people from different walks of life.
