We've recently closed funding round from tier 1 VC's and angels (Wayflyer, Meta, Tines, Linkedin) closing our pre seed round mid 2024. We are hiring now as we are experiencing an overwhelming level of demand.
Who We're Looking For
As a founding AE, you'll own the entire sales process from demo to deal closure. You'll be relentless in driving new business, converting high-value prospects into long-term, loyal customers. This is a pivotal role in our sales team, where your... hustle and execution will directly fuel the company's growth. You'll be a key player in shaping the future of the business and, as we scale, you'll earn equity in the success we're building together
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
• Build a robust sales pipeline by nurturing prospects and turning leads into qualified opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within target companies
• Track and manage all sales activities within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and reporting
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to refine your sales approach
• Manage our sales pipeline, improving and maturing our sales process and playbook
Requirements
• Proven experience in a B2B sales role with a demonstrated track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas
• Experience with full-cycle sales (from lead generation to deal closure) in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a startup environment
• Proficient in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Passionate about technology and innovation, with a desire to be a key player in a fast-growing company
Bonus
• Entrepreneurial experience, whether as a founder or through side projects.
• Experience building and developing sales operations.
This role will be based from our central London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule
