We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to become part of Foresthaven as an Assistant Store Manager. Our team members are friendly, resourceful and thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences. They work together to ensure the store runs efficiently and smoothly.
This is a flexible position with a guaranteed number of hours per week, across a range of days and shifts. Your schedule will be communicated to you in advance by your line manager.

What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Store Manager at Foresthaven, you will:
• Provide an outstanding experience for every customer.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and share it with the team.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with your team.
• Take ownership of tasks, setting a positive example for others.
• Ensure all operational procedures are followed, including stock handling, health and safety standards, and housekeeping.
• Support other stores when required.
• Monitor and work towards store sales targets.
• Analyse reports to track store performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
• Assist with team progress meetings, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
• Ensure the team adheres to cash handling and other operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,403.00-£28,750.00 per year

Education:
• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
