This is a flexible position with a guaranteed number of hours per week, across a range of days and shifts. Your schedule will be communicated to you in advance by your line manager.

What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Store Manager at Foresthaven, you will:
• Provide an outstanding experience for every customer.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and share it with the team.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with your team.
• Take ownership of tasks, setting a positive example for others.
• Ensure all operational procedures are followed, including stock handling, health and safety standards, and housekeeping.
• Support other stores when required.
• Monitor and work towards store sales targets.
• Analyse reports to track store performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
• Assist with team progress meetings, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
• Ensure the team adheres to cash handling and other operational standards.

Pay: £24,403.00-£28,750.00 per year

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
