Responsibilities
• Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience that exceeds expectations
• Act as a role model, inspiring and guiding your team with dedication and warmth

• Ensure clarity of the business plan is communicated throughout the team
• Provide in-depth knowledge of our brand and products to customers and team members

Qualifications
• Proven supervisory experience in a retail setting
• History of success in a customer-facing role within a luxury environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Retail Management or related field is preferred but not required
Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in retail
• Experience in a luxury retail environment is highly desirable
