What’s the role about ?
As part of our Retail team, you’ll join our store in London as a Sales associate, available for 1 year on a full time basis. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store manager in achieving sales and operational objectives.
What you’ll be doing ?
• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
• Utilize effective selling technique to maximize sales opportunities
• Encourage additional purchase though thoughtful spelling and cross- selling
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist the store manager in the implementation of visual merchandising plans and... promotional displays.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Work closely with team members to achieve common goals
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
• Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Perform inventory
• adhere to company policies and procedure to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
What you’ll ideally bring to the role ?
• Passion for premium or luxury product
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
• Be able to see things through the customer’s eyes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent organizational and decision-making skills
• Be a team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
