Become our Retail team leader in the UK!
• Fulltime, Fix-term contract for 9 months
Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
As the Retail manager you will play a key role in driving success through collaboration with headquarters. Your mission is to inspire, motivate, and guide your teams to deliver exceptional service and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations in multiple POS... ensuring everything runs seamlessly and in line with company standards.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Actively promote our products and provide excellent customer advice and support at our kiosks and stores.
• Ensure smooth and efficient checkout processes and manage logistics to maintain store operations.
• Handle recruiting, staff management, and scheduling, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet store needs.
• Foster and uphold our corporate culture, promoting a positive and collaborative environment while supporting the continuous development of your team.
What you bring to the table:
• You bring valuable professional experience in retail, such as a Store Manager or as a Sales Lead.
• You confidently engage with people, establishing strong connections with ease.
• Communication, dedication, and initiative come naturally to you.
• A true team player, you’re driven to contribute to our company’s success, combining your skills with a proactive and independent work style.
• You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Leading by example is second nature to you—you inspire those around you through your actions
• You are hardworking and flexible, always ready to go the extra mile to achieve success.
