Our client is a luxury chocolatier with a fantastic presence in Europe and Asia. In the UK, the brand is emerging as a potential leader in its field.
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Associate, someone who is driven by very high customer service values whilst meeting company targets and increasing profit for the business.
Benefits:
• competitive annual salary £12.44/hour that will increase to £13.15 after probation
• 28 days holiday (weekends and bank holiday worked)

Day to Day:
• To welcome and engage in conversation with every customer
• Ensure product knowledge and understanding of the brand at all times in order to portray the company culture and deliver expert advice to their customers
• Consistently provide helpful and informed service with confidence and clarity.
• Process cash and... card transactions
Requirements:
• Proven previous experience within customer facing roles
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and listening skills
• Demonstrable passion for the brand
• The ability to work independently and show initiative
• A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
• Flexibility and availability to work during Monday to Sunday opening hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.44-£13.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
• Bonus scheme
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
