We're seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Logistics & Trade Product to lead the development of our clients IoT Network & Orchestration platform. This role is responsible for setting and executing the strategic product vision while working across functions, including engineering, operations, and business development, to build a seamless, consumer-grade experience for all platform participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities, aligning closely with our company's objectives and user needs.
• Platform Development: Lead the creation of a sophisticated B2B platform that bridges the physical and digital worlds, incorporating user experience, data analytics, AI-driven agents, and IoT device integration.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Oversee user research and feedback processes to continuously refine and enhance platform functionality and usability.
• Team Leadership & Scaling: Build and lead a... high-performing product team, including product managers, designers, and UX/UI experts, fostering an innovative and results-driven culture.
• Scalability & Reliability: Prioritize building scalable, reliable solutions that meet the demands of a global audience, ensuring seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Key Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in leading the product development lifecycle for complex B2B platforms, particularly those connecting physical and digital realms.
• B2B User Experience: Expertise in delivering a consumer-like experience within a B2B context.
• Leadership in Scaling: Strong background in scaling product teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Industry Background: Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or IoT solutions is a strong plus.
• Generative AI Experience: A strong interest or experience in developing Generative AI use cases is highly desirable.

Salary: c.£125,000 - £150,000 plus package
