ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Approvals... Executive who will be a key member of the Apparel and Accessories Team working on product development. Ideal for a pro-active, adaptable individual who can juggle a busy workload, multi task and who has a passion for retail.
English is the first language of the business, however fluency in French and Spanish required for this role (Italian alongside French would also be considered), as your partner account management portfolio will be predominantly focused within EMEA and Central/South America.
This role would be suitable for someone already in a fashion account management role or similar such as Buyers Assistant / Assistant Buyer looking for a role change into licensing.
We are a small-dedicated team doing big things - positivity, agility and adaptability are critical for this fast-paced role. The role would suit someone with a buying office experience background.
Responsibilities:
• Manage product, branding and marketing approvals in accordance with our Brand guidelines
• Support partners in developing exciting cohesive collections using your problem solving initiative to maintain developments in line with our Brand guidelines
• Support the fashion division team in ongoing partner relationship management, monitor the approval critical path from design creation to launch to ensure that all deadlines are achieved
• Research and report regularly on key global market trends (comp shops) for the territories in your portfolio
• Ensure exclusivity is upheld and no crossover in like markets
• Manage partnership approval records (system)
• Manage sample management and upkeep sample records
• Assist in preparing product selection for sales trips, trade shows and photography
• Support the fashion division team to provide marketing highlights for newsletters, press releases, and events
• Prepare meeting agenda and insight reports to support the Senior Partnership Strategy for meetings
• Onboarding new partners (systems)
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and Spanish
• Immediate start in 2024
• Fashion background
• Global market/trend awareness
• Commercial aptitude
• Energy for a fast-paced role
• At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role/environment
• Organised, self-managing, works well collaboratively, and high attention to detail
• Must be able to work from London based office
