This role offers genuine career progression - the company promotes exclusively from within. Many in the current management team started in this very SDR position. Expect your first promotion to BDM within 6 months, accompanied by a salary increase to £30,000.

• £23,000 base salary with an unparalleled commission structure. Earn at least £200 per meeting booked. 10 meetings a month? That's £2,400 in commission!
• Average first-year commission: £35,000 - £45,000

The Role:
• Develop expert knowledge of services, industries, and client base
• Build a robust new business pipeline
• Proactively contact and nurture relationships with potential clients
• Follow up on inbound leads via phone and email
• Establish rapport with decision-makers to secure new business meetings
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to maximise existing account profitability
