Job Descrption
We are seeking a skilled experienced or non experienced Private Client Advisor to join our team here in Dubai. As a Property Consultant you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling and providing them with expert advice and guiding them through the entire real estate process. This position requires in depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities :
• Self sourcing clients through sales procedures and client development
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and arrange tours with clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales or leasing process.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulations and industry best practices
• Achieve assigned KPI’s & revenue targets.
Requirements :
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Personable and friendly personality type
• Hard working & dedicated
• Valid Driving Licence
Earnings 60k - 200k tax free per annum!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
