We are looking for a superstar property management intern for our property management company in Victoria, London. There will be a high level of customer communication so we are looking for someone personable with a clear, calm and professional phone manner.
Starting in December or November for a min of 3 months.
You will be assisting the lettings team with the management of our properties in London.
On a daily basis you will be:
• Attend and arrange property visits and annual inspections
• Assisting new tenants
• Arrange work on properties such as cleaning and maintenance and repair
• Liaise with contractors regarding any maintenance work
• Update and maintain our property management system
• Advertise and promote property vacancies
• Any other ad hoc administration duties as required.
Travel and lunch... expenses covered up to £10 per day.
What are we looking for?
Due to the nature of the role it is important that you have the following skills;
· An excellent customer service attitude, with the ability to deal with difficult queries in a polite and professional manner
· Strong negotiation skills
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Being able to cope with repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail
· Be a self-motivator
· Computer literate with Outlook, Word and Excel experience
