Job Descrption
• Implement marketing strategies for properties in both local and international markets, with a strong focus on the Gulf region.
• Conduct extensive market research for international investors around the world for UK property market.
• Engage in social media and other forms of e marketing techniques to create awareness of UK property market and generate a client base globally.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, and investors particularly those from the Gulf region.
• Keep the potential investors updated on new market trends, laws and regulations of the UK property market and aid and advise with all the relevant investment related queries.
• Assist clients with purchasing, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property searches and arrange viewings for prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants.
• Manage property listings, ensuring they are accurate, appealing, and up to date.
• Prepare contracts and other necessary... documentation for property transactions.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing expert guidance and advice to clients.
• Keep up to date with market trends and property regulations of the UK.
• Act as a liaison between property owners, buyers, tenants, investors and legal professionals, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Qualification in any discipline
• Previous experience as a property consultant or estate agent is essential.
• Must have experience dealing with clients and investors from around the world.
• Must have strong exposure and knowledge of the UK property market & regulation, culture, and business practice and have good connections with potential Gulf investors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to attract and work with investors.
• A proactive and motivated approach to building client relationships and closing deals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
• Performance bonus
