Job Descrption
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Buyers Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and a strong ability to connect with HNWI clients. This role involves guiding clients through the buying, , and renting processes while providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. A successful buyers agent will possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to sell properties effectively.
Duties
• Assist clients in buying and renting of prime residential properties.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values and trends.
• Develop marketing strategies to gain buyers and renters through various channels.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best outcomes.
• Provide guidance on property financing options and assist with mortgage applications.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of local areas, amenities, and schools to advise clients accurately.
• Build and... maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilise systems such as GHL for managing listings and client information.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the real estate industry including solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers.
Experience
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with prime and super prime principles is beneficial.
• Proficiency in CRM management such as Go Higher Level would be useful.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
• Prime/Super prime property experience.

This is a commission based role - OTE (£35,000 - (£100,000+)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £35,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
