The Lease Auditor will play a significant role within the Lease Audit team as part of the larger Occupier Accounts team. This position involves conducting lease audits for corporate clients to identify, negotiate, and recoup potential savings. The Lease Auditor will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with lease obligations, troubleshooting disputes, and managing audit reports.

Responsibilities
• Audit and reconcile financial considerations like service charges and base rent
• Troubleshoot disputes through lease language interpretation
• Prepare individual lease audit reports per client scope
• Communicate and negotiate with landlords regarding lease compliance
• Coordinate lease audit status meetings with clients and account teams
• Supervise 3rd party auditors on lease audit projects
• Generate and manage audit reports, including savings and cost avoidance
• Conduct audits across UK, Europe, and globally when required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of the service charge end-to-end process
• Understanding of real estate transactions
• Ability to interpret legal documents and lease provisions

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience Requirements
• Property/lease auditing experience preferred
• Experience working in EMEA, APAC, and LATM regions is advantageous
