Job Title: BTR Leasing Executive
Reporting To: Performance Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm – Saturday rota
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £25,000
OTE Year 1: £35,000+

In the coming months the business embarks on the next chapter of its exciting growth story with a rapidly expanding strategy into the institutional Build to Rent and Co-Living sectors and to support this we are looking to expand our Build to Rent Leasing Team.
Job Role Summary
The BTR Leasing Executive role has been introduced as a natural stepping stone to becoming a field based leasing consultant in London's leading BTR and Co Living Salesforce.
The business is agile and fast paced... and we are looking to recruit an equally enthusiastic candidate to be part of our Build to Rent Leasing Team, this role will be office based and be supporting the field-based Leasing Consultants in qualifying new applicants, booking in viewings and completing follow ups. This role is a pivotal role and reporting to the leasing Performance Manager, you will have the desire to work towards KPI's/deadlines to support a hard-working team that are experts at matching customers with their dream homes. At Right Now Residential, we know that first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Inbound enquiry handling, upselling, cross selling and matching applicants to their dream homes.
• Outbound calling to nurture and re-engage with your database.
• Qualifying and booking in-apartment viewings with suitable applicants.
• Support the leasing team to ensure all correct documentation is collated for each resident i.e. Right to Rent / Identification/Holding deposit/Parking info.
• Key all resident details into the system, always ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure you keep up to date with the market and competitor trends.
• Portal marketing updates, lead generation and lead qualification.
• Viewings - if required.
What you will Have
Desirable
• A minimum of 12 months experience within BTR, PBSA, Hospitality Sector or Customer Service lead role within a similar environment.
• Knowledge of Hubspot
Essential
• Excellent communication, admin, organizational and self-motivational skills.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• Excellent rapport-building and team support skills.
• Flexibility to suit the needs of the role.

• Confidence, enthusiasm and strong dedication to the job and company.
• Ability to be resourceful and able to research, gather and distribute information as necessary.
