Job Descrption
We are looking for a dynamic Property Consultants to join our expanding team here at Unique Properties. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering outstanding customer service. Please note that this is a permanent relocation opportunity to Dubai, and the position is commission-based only with the opportunity to earn up to 70%.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with the buying, selling, and leasing of residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information about listings to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer customized property solutions.
• Conduct market research and stay informed about real estate trends to provide clients with accurate advice.
• Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are managed effectively.
• Prepare and manage all necessary... documentation, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall success.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethics in all client interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy
• Fluent in English or any additional languages is a plus
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.)
