Job Description
We are seeking a talented BA/PM to join our team and work on the Fixed Income eTrading team.

Responsibilities:
- Capture user requirements and define appropriate solutions in line with the aims of the business and IT strategy. Advise on best practice for eTrading platform architecture.
- Produce written specifications, ensuring they are reviewed and validated by users, peers and other stakeholders.
- Produce and manage project plans and ensure communication of progress.
- Work alongside production support teams to roll out changes/new functionality.
- Analyze and project manage developments on pricing and electronic markets applications.
- Provide third line support of applications for front-office users.
- Participate as part of a global development/BA team.
- Work closely with Global QA team; participate in end-to-end testing and functional UAT.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 -10 years
- Bachelor degree in an applicable subject matter (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, etc.)
- Experience working in a Fixed Income Front Office Environment (Credit preferred).
- Prior experience of implementing integrated e-Trading platforms/workflows.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong and proven ability to deliver IT development projects (ideally with experience in front office environment).
- Proven ability to analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with SQL Server and/or Oracle.
- Prior experience working with FIX messaging protocol.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Min. 7 years of experience
- Knowledge of Credit Products (Corporate Bonds, CDS, CDS Index and Secondary Loans) and their trade processing.
- Knowledge of Credit ETF Products and their trade processing.
- Knowledge of D2D and D2C cash order management and pre-trade workflows.
- Strong project management ability with experience managing regular steering meetings with business sponsors and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of ION Trading Services (Connectivity, STP, RFQ and MMI).
- Knowledge of SDLC and prior experience working on software development projects.
- Familiarity with modern source control systems such as Git, SVN, Perforce, or Source Safe.
The salary range for this role is US$120,000 - US$150,000
