Role and responsibilities
- Main responsibility will be working with clients to onboard them into our FIX trading platform and provide ongoing support to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with clients as well as the Trading Desk to understand their FIX onboarding requirements and configure FIX settings to meet their needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FIX connectivity, Onboarding, and working with Internal as well as External teams if required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that FIX onboarding and Production support are in line with the Business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of Client Onboarding and production support activities and update knowledge base/wiki on a regular basis.
- Work with external software vendors that have integrated with our systems, or vice versa
- Coordinate the release of new applications and FIX configurations and enhancements with external clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience working with FIX protocols with a deep understanding of FIX messages and order routing.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The salary range for this role is US$75,000 - US$100,000
