The Company is seeking a Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to join their newly formed Global People Team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for overseeing the implementation of global diversity, equity, and empowerment commitments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's values of respect, accountability, courage, collaboration, integrity, and innovation are reflected in the way they work. The Global Head will lead the development and monitoring of global diversity strategies, support the creation of local action plans, and work with senior leaders to promote inclusive practices. They will also be involved in change management, providing training, and building a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
