Job Description
You may have been working as a Technical Test Architect, Technical Test lead and Software Engineer in Test who is confident in their ability performing and manage different aspects of the software test lifecycle.
You'll be part of an agile team helping our clients achieve their business transformation goals by identifying requirements, developing solutions and providing ongoing guidance and advice in test.
You may also get involved with:
- Designing and implementing robust testing strategies
- Accurate recording and monitoring of issues
- Providing support to the development of scrum teams to automate tests to guide development
- Guiding the testing process and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing test estimates
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience of Automated Quality Assurance: Deliver overnight cross-browser, functional, non-functional, API, integration and acceptance tests.
- Delivered front end cross-browser functional testing, device testing, exploratory, systems integration and user acceptance testing e.g. manual testing.
- Confident with building and maintaining frameworks in one or more of these languages: Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, or C#.
- Have practical experience with open-source tools such as: Cypress, Karate, PlayWright, Selenium or similar.
- Experience in data ETL testing and validation
- Experience of data analytics tools as well corresponding platforms such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Databricks
- Manage and perform data analysis of data transformation pre-development automated checks post-development.
- Strong technical skills are a must have (e.g Java, Junit, Unit testing, Scala).
- Performance testing experience or other non-functional testing experience would be beneficial.
- Resident in the UK for five or more years with no more than 30 days per year out of the UK to meet Security Clearance (SC) eligibility or currently hold Security Clearance

Location: This role can be delivered in a hybrid nature from one of these offices, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh or London.
