Job Description

This position will be a key enabler in accelerating our business growth and success. You should be an innovative and self-starting ABM Manager supporting and driving our business's growth. As part of the Commercial Operations function the role will provide you with the opportunity to develop into a key business leader as the impact and scale of the ABM capability grows.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating ABM campaigns for some of our most strategic customers, implementing a 1:1, 1: few and 1: many approaches where appropriate. The role requires a deep understanding of Account Based Marketing and campaign management, with emphasis on proving ROI and reporting to key stakeholders.:

  • Develop and execute the ABM plans for multiple strategic customers, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline and accelerating existing opportunities.
  • Work with the wider Commercial Team on the successful implementation of ABM across Version 1.
  • Research specific customer accounts and their industry sectors, along with personas to produce targeted materials and messaging to assist the commercial teams across the entire sales cycle.
  • Develop strong relationships with account teams - act as the link between the commercial team and marketing, ensuring materials meet brand guidelines, messaging is consistent and aligned with the Campaigns & Performance team.
  • Be the lead on small-scale events for the select strategic accounts.
  • Measure and report on the impact of ABM campaigns to assist overall account and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, preferably in technology services or similar industry
  • Proven track record of executing ABM initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with experience of working closely with a commercial team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and articulate key business drivers to senior decision-makers in a variety of industry sectors.

Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
