Product Developer / Production Manager - British Menswear Brand at MODE SEARCH Ltd.

Job Descrption
Reporting to the Senior Designer, you will demonstrate extensive knowledge of production & overseas sourcing processes within the menswear industry.
The Role
• Work closely with Designers
• Manage relationships with overseas manufacturer
• Liaise with design and commercial teams to coordinate timeframes and range
• Negotiate costs and operate regular supplier reviews in line with the brand's values
• Organize raw material sourcing and sample production
• Set delivery calendar and address any potential delays
• Review quality standards & compliance with orders
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in product development in RTW - preferably menswear, jerseys or knits
• Understanding of quality control processes
• Proficient in Excel & reporting
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
