OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Travel Health Nurse to undertake a Full-Time MAT Leave Contract role in Chiswick London. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a corporate setting delivering a first-class Health Service.
The Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Travel Health or Occupational Health Nurse to join an established team to coordinate health and wellbeing programs, and perform medicals for their respective project requirements. Delivering Travel Vaccinations as per NATHNAC’s recommendation.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Perform occupational-related services within the scope of nursing practice.
• Knowledge of travel medicine and immunisation experience.
• Medicals for overseas assignments and offshore.
• Following policies, standards, and guidelines for the occupational health department.
• Coordinate the implementation of health and well-being program.
• Inventory and procurement of... medical supplies and equipment and stock management.
• Implement company medical policies, assist in implementing health programs and employees' benefits as per HR guidelines.
• Administer vaccinations and oral Anti-Malaria Prophylaxis as per policy.
• Adhering to GDPR policy, filing medical reports, and ensuring integrity and confidentiality of medical report record keeping, and administrative duties.
• Coordinate weekly OHP clinic.
• Ability to safely administer travel vaccinations, with the most up-to-date training and certificate.
Required Skills:
To Undertake This Occupational Health Nurse / Travel Health Nurse contract, you'll need:
• NMC Registration.
• A minimum of 2 years of Occupational Health / Travel Health experience including delivery of Travel Vaccinations as per NATHNAC’s recommendation. Proficient IT skills with proficiency in MS Office & Teams.
• Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills.
Pay:
In Return For Your Expertise As An Occupational Health Nurse / Travel Health Nurse, You Will Receive:
• Umbrella/Ltd: £35 Per Hour Plus We’ll Cover First Year iOH Membership. (T&Cs Apply)
