• Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

• Uphold infection control measures and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
Experience
• A valid nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
