Job Descrption
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate excellent clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in... compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold infection control measures and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
Experience
• A valid nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in nursing care.

Pay: £30.00-£45.00 per hour
