As an OVN Technical Project Manager, you will build a solid product strategy and roadmap for one of OVN’s release trains and be accountable for delivery of initiatives on the backlog.
Essential Functions
Work with business and technology teams to develop an aligned and prioritised roadmap.
Drive initiatives through concept phases into delivery.
Lead an agile release train of 8-10 delivery teams, planning and coordinating work between the teams and with other release trains.
No line management but responsible for Product Owners’ effectiveness and deliverables in the release train.
Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for Open VisaNet.
Write Epics and Features and manage the release train backlog.
Work with Visa product teams and other stakeholders to ensure OVN capabilities are aligned with Visa product, security and operational strategies.
Work with Architects and development teams to ensure detailed requirements are accurate, complete and can be understood by a diverse group of users.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team on creation of testing artifacts.
Lead operational deployment, activation and business readiness activities.
Play a leading role in evolving Visa’s agile product management approach.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
