Senior Healthcare Executive at First Clinical Ltd

Job Descrption
A highly accomplished and experienced General Manager with a strong background in delivering high-quality patient care and operational excellence in the NHS. With over 15 years of experience, you will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex healthcare services, including Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine, and Older People Services.
As a seasoned leader, you will have expertise in developing and implementing cost improvement programmes, managing budgets of over £60m, and delivering 18-week RTT pathways. Your ability to work collaboratively with clinical directors and management teams will be essential in driving strategic service development and modernisation.
With a strong clinical background and a proven ability to lead and implement projects, you will be well-equipped to take on a senior leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment. Your expertise in commissioning arrangements, leadership... qualities, and patient experience will be highly valued in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient care and service delivery
• Lead and manage complex healthcare services, including Emergency Medicine and Acute Medicine
• Develop and manage budgets of over £60m
• Deliver 18-week RTT pathways and improve patient flow
• Work collaboratively with clinical directors and management teams to drive strategic service development
• Implement projects to modernise services and improve patient experience
