We are seeking a talented Graduate Web Designer to join our small business, focusing on designing, managing and updating our suite of websites. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and update website based on client needs and company goals.
• Implement user-friendly designs while ensuring responsive and optimised performance across devices.
• Google Analytics is already installed on our sites but collaboration with... external agencies to implement SEO & Digital marketing changes and enhancements is needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure websites meet business requirements.
• Continuously monitor and update website content.
Qualifications:
• Recent graduate with a degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3 years industry exp. Someone with that amount of exp will have better understanding of web dev basics, but still be moldable
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common web development tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Squarespace, or similar.
• Modx to that CMS list, since its quite a niech CMS that anyone with exp with it would be massively beneficial
• Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
• knowledge or familiarity with Nginx servers or Web hosting experience
