Job Descrption
Role Overview:We’re seeking a skilled and proactive YouTube Video Editor who can bring our content to life. You will be responsible for editing long-form and short-form video content, finding compelling clips from our YouTube videos, and optimizing each piece for maximum engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality YouTube videos, including long-form content and YouTube Shorts.
• Ensure videos are aligned with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Create engaging and attention-grabbing video intros, transitions, and outros.
• Work at a past pace and deliver high quality videos quickly... and effectively
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Identify and proactively suggest clips from YouTube videos for short-form content.
• Ensure all videos adhere to branding guidelines and maintain a consistent style.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in video editing, specifically for YouTube content.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, video optimization, and YouTube analytics is a plus.

Pay: £28,099.00-£48,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
• Bonus scheme
