Mechanical Engineer responsibilities:
• Robotic Mechanism Engineering:
Engineer robotic mechanisms, interfaces, and enclosures for humanoid robots, ensuring robust integration and performance using CAD software.
• Modeling & Simulation:
Apply kinematic and dynamic models to simulate and refine robotic movement and behavior for optimal functionality.
• Material & Structural Analysis:
Analyze and select materials for strength, weight, and... durability; conduct structural testing and simulations to ensure reliability.
• Optimisation:
Engineer efficient, high-performance robotic systems balancing payload, power consumption, and speed for operational effectiveness.
• Prototyping & Testing:
Build and test prototypes to validate engineering concepts and make data-driven improvements.
• System Integration:
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and software integration to achieve seamless robotic functionality.
• Safety & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety standards through risk assessments and compliance-focused engineering.
• Documentation & Collaboration:
Develop technical documentation and collaborate cross-functionally to support manufacturing, assembly, and project goals.Mechanical Engineer requirements:

Familiar with ISO safety standards for robotic systems.
