MRICS Heritage Building Surveyor (Outside IR35) at TSA Surveying Ltd

Job Descrption
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed condition surveys of historic buildings, assessing the structural integrity, condition, and required maintenance or restoration.
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and cost estimates for repairs.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors as required.
Key Requirements:
• Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in conducting condition surveys, preferably with a focus on historic or listed buildings.
• Strong understanding of heritage and conservation principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time... effectively.
Desirable:
• Experience working on Grade I or II listed buildings or other structures of historic significance.
• A passion for preserving cultural heritage through responsible and informed surveying practices.
