Our client, a global leader in pharmaceuticals, is seeking a Manager for Pharmaceutical Services Solutions. This role involves identifying and delivering commercial opportunities, collaborating with teams to implement tailored initiatives, and leading the development of patient support programs. • Serve as a field-based customer-facing professional across the UK, identifying and delivering non-homecare-related commercial opportunities.
• Pilot and embed approved initiatives with key strategic accounts, driving brand value and improving patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with infield teams to create and implement tailored initiatives addressing healthcare system needs.
• Lead the development of patient support programs, collaborative working initiatives, and promotional literature to enhance... uptake.
• Capture outcomes data from pilot accounts and assess the broader commercial viability for national rollouts.
• Develop and execute scaling strategies, including producing marketing literature, abstracts, and presentations for industry events.
• Serve as an internal advisor to brand and sales teams, offering insights on evolving approaches to enhance perceived brand value.
Skills and Attributes:
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects at various stages.
• In-depth understanding of NHS policies, particularly related to dermatology, procurement, and financial flows.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing commercial business cases and securing funding.
• Thorough knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and its application in a business environment.
• Adaptable, problem-solving, and strategic with an entrepreneurial focus
