Job Description
Hybrid - onsite and remote.
This position requires on-site support. Candidates must live within commutable distance to one of our US locations: Baltimore, Santa Clara, Plano, Irvine, Austin, Cary.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
- Maintenance of a clearly defined and documented Quality Assurance Program meeting the requirements of ISO 17025, ISO 17065, ISO 17020 and other applicable standards.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism and outstanding customer service both internal and external.
- Support of programs to maintain industry certifications and registrations.
- Participate in external and internal audit processes.
- Informing department directors / managers of any quality deficiencies in their departments, guiding root cause analysis and verifying corrective actions
- Training in execution of Quality Assurance/Quality Control functions
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year of experience in a Quality role or AA with 3 years of experience.
- Documented experience in the following root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- This position requires onsite support. Candidates must live within commutable distance to one of our US locations.
- Ability to travel to our US locations as needed.
Required Experience / Skills:
- Conscientious and responsible.
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in the TIC E&E business (Test, Inspection & Certification Electronics and Electrical business).
- Knowledge of Product Safety, Environmental Simulation, Wireless and EMC testing business.
