Perform high-throughput phenotyping in an organized and timely manner
Perform Cell Culture of Primary Cells and complete various Cell Based Assays independently
Perform high-throughput sample testing in an organized and timely manner
Maintain excellent aseptic technique and ensure sterility/quality of cell culture and assay outcomes
Work safely within BSL-2 laboratory environment
Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks, prepare precise technical report summaries, any necessary analysis and maintain appropriate documentation
Basic Laboratory management, multitasking, and experimental troubleshooting
Training and experience with Cell Culture (Primary Cells, Mammalian Cell Culture, maintaining cell lines, etc)
Working knowledge of and/or skills in cell biology/genetics field (pipetting, aseptic technique, preparing media, cell based assay work, nucleic acid isolation, library prep, cytokinetic assay, etc)
Excellent attention to detail
Comfort working within a fast-paced lab environment
Ability to perform basic dilution and stoichiometric calculations
Ability to work independently with ambiguity and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills required
