Eurofins Agroscience Services is searching for a temporary, full time Administrative Assistant to work in Porterville, CA. You will receive the necessary training to be successful! Please check out our video which highlights our important work.
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Front office receptionist
- Site characterization sampling and shipping
- Review and be familiar with study protocol requirements
- Facility upkeep: organization, cleaning, supplies inventory control.
- Recognize situations when Good Laboratory Practices, Standard Operating Procedures or protocol requirements may not be able to be met and immediately communicate those situations to supervisory staff
- Document trial activities in appropriate study or facility logbooks
- Assist with written report summaries.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Well versed in Microsoft Office products
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full time, temporary. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Porterville, CA are encouraged to apply. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
