Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Accountable for training system, which includes:
- Developing GMP training materials including PowerPoints, Word Documents, and related visual aids
- Delivering GMP training to groups of 1-50 or more
- Developing learning assessments, e.g., knowledge assessments, skills assessments
- Partnering with area management to Develop and maintain training curricula
- Creating and retaining training records
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of the site training system and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with Area Supervisors and Managers (ASMs)/eSystem Owner to create, maintain, and assign curricula with the Learning Management System.
- Clearly and comprehensively facilitate classroom training for audiences large and small
- Deliver exceptional customer service for training requests
- Create/revise training materials
- Review SOPs to determine the appropriate training requirements
- Review and approve training materials related to site SOPs
- Collaborate with ASMs to perform Annual Curriculum Review for specific areas.
Qualifications
BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School or Associate’s degree with 3-5 years relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years relevant experience or Master’s degree with 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience executing transactions in a Learning Management System
- Experience teaching or conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions
- Design/development of training materials
