Job Description
37.5 Hours per week. 7.5 hours per day between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
This role is a great nature progression from a lab role to the Water Customer Services Team.
Purpose of the post:
To assist Customer Services and Business Support Manager as well as Account Managers in all areas of customer service and finance within the Water Hygiene Business.
Main Duties:
Responsible for classifying and assigning all ticket enquiries coming into the business via On-Prem system in a timely manner.
First point of contact for all phone calls into WCST and responsible for directing to correct member of the team
Create new Tier C customer set ups within FGS and onboarding into Europortal.
To pro-actively communicate with our new Tier C customers during the first month of operation, to ensure we are providing an effective service in line with customer expectations
Follow up with new Tier C customers to make sure that they are satisfied after the first month of working with Eurofins and plan and carry out regular “catch-up” calls with them
To support new Tier C customers on the use of Europortal and other on-line services
Liaise with Tier C customers on samples information and status
To update CRM with any Tier C customer changes
Updates for all new contact information within customer database/NPS lists
Raising any NCW and complaints on D4 for Tier C customers
Supporting Account Mangers with all order acknowledgment or certificate amendments as required.
To provide support for Account Managers and assist with customer specific requirements
Provide a high level of internal and external customer service
To assist in producing weekly and monthly invoicing
Deal with Tier C invoice queries and generate credit notes where required
Credit control and management of overdue debt for Tier C customers
Run daily “On Stop” and debtors reports to ensure accounts are released where appropriate
To raise purchase orders as required and receipt goods on arrival
Assist with general administration tasks as directed
The post-holder may be required to work outside normal working hours to meet the requirements of customer. This will be with prior agreement of the Manager
Qualifications
Essential
G.C.S.E Level
Competent Microsoft Office experience
Effective communication and problem solving skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work within a team
Desirable
Worked within waters industry
Customer services experience
Flexibility with working hours to cover busy periods
