We have an exciting 6 month internship on offer to join our busy fulfilment team, helping with administration and product fulfilment for lucky competition winners, VIP delegates and key clients from all over the world. We are looking for someone with a can-do, positive attitude who is keen to learn and grow with the goal of joining the company full time. The role would be particularly suited to a graduate, school or college leaver.

A specialist agency creating brand experiences, prizes and rewards for brand, media and entertainment clients worldwide. We help them by creating and sourcing unique prize solutions, which we also organise and fulfil. We’ve created and fulfilled over 60,000 prizes to more than 40 countries worldwide.
What we are looking for:

• The ability to work to tight deadlines and... thrive under pressure.
• Consider yourself enthusiastic, committed and are willing to roll your sleeves up.
• Exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Numerical accuracy and proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Ability to work as part of a team and alone with good time management skills.
The Role:
• Supporting the fulfilment managers in day-to-day operations, including completing travel bookings and products orders.
• Dealing courteously and attentively with any queries, questions or winner concerns.
• Providing all relevant paperwork to accounts as soon as bookings are made.
• Meticulously maintaining and updating databases.
• Communicating with suppliers via phone and email.
Other:
• £20-23k per annum full time salary, plus bonus scheme depending on experience - pro rata to the 6 months

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
