Job Description
As the Marketing Intern, you will report into the National Marketing Manager and your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Design, coordinate, source, marketing merchandise for online Rexroth SWAG store
- Vendor coordination
- Occasional fulfilment/shipping duties
- Coordinate events held in our customer experience showroom – bookings, set up, attendee management., deliveries, technical support.
- Tradeshow coordination – payments, booth material planning, payments, demo/booth shipping, promotional materials, lead capture etc.
- Coordinate in-office TV content for associates messaging
- Create & source brochures, flyers, roll-ups, backdrops for all business units
- Works alongside sales & product managers to update & edit product catalogues & brochures.
- Media production coordination
- Provides support for distributor/partner requests for marketing materials.
- Coordinate the Global Customer Survey
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or current student from a Business/Communications degree and/or Marketing & Advertising diploma (graduated within the last 6 months)
- Co-op experience in a corporate environment in a marketing department is a strong asset
- Experience in Adobe, MS Office suite & other marketing software (HubSpot, Hootsuite) is a strong asset
- Graphic design experience is a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Effective decision-maker and problem solver
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of organizational skills
- Strong Customer Service Orientation
- Self-starter with a high results orientation
