Job Description
Position will accommodate a flexible part time schedule during the time university is in session (2-3 days a work week based on candidates' preferences and availability).
As a Operational Excellence and Strategy Intern, you will be involved in supporting our BEGNA/OES group.
Job Duties may include:
- Support Preparation of Strategy material for BEGNA
- Support Data quality and automation initiatives
- Learning about our wide portfolio, process methods and tools
- Support rollout, data collection, follow up and documentation of internal organizational initiatives
- Support activities at BEGNA(Project/Product Management)
- Scan market/competitor trends and support data sharing in the organization
- Support gathering, evaluation, synthetizing and analysis of multiple data sources
- Tasks as assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- 3rd - 4th year university student pursuing a bachelor’s in business administration, computer sciences, or related degree.
- Good academic standing
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Problem Solving & Data Analytics Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Power BI
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excited to learn new things.
- Some Automotive Engineering Knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
- 6 Months internship (with possibility to extend)
