Job Description
- Kettering University position
- Vehicle/bench Testing for SW validation
- New Braking System Design
The job tasks may include the following:
- Setting up and running testing on a brake system bench and vehicles.
- Assist engineering mentor with analyzing, summarizing, and presenting data
- Executing data acquisition and data analysis from vehicle and Labcar
- Assisting with hardware and/or software updates to the vehicle and bench(brake systems test bench and Lab car)
- Create SW tools to analyze/process the data
- Learn functions in new braking system
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled with Kettering University
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.0
- Must be 18 years of age
- 1-year exposure to C/C++ and Matlab/Simulink preferred
