Job Description
- Lead a development project (platform) of an innovative hydraulic motor including industrialisation and world-wide go-to market strategy.
- Lead a cross-functional, international team with care on cultural integration
- Align the team in a dynamic environment on project targets and steering committee (upper management) requirements.
- Responsible for ambitious timeline, cost and quality.
Qualifications
- Background in Engineering, Physics or alike.
- Experience in creation of new products and in project management.
- Strong communication & collaboration as well as presentation skills.
- Highly motivated to drive an innovative project with a strategic foresight.
- Resilience in a dynamic & demanding environment.
- Fluent in English
Additional Information
You would be reporting to the Vice President and are required to work 37 hours per week.
