Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive
Location: Harley Street, London
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (London 3 days, WFH 2 days)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Reports to: CEO and Head of Marketing
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive with a passion for skincare and aesthetics.
In this role, you will be working across an award-winning aesthetic clinic based in Harley Street, and a doctor-led skincare brand. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase awareness of our aesthetic treatments and skincare products, and build strong influencer partnerships. Your filming and editing skills will be key to producing captivating, high-quality content that showcases treatments, client results, and behind-the-scenes stories that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, tailored to a consumer audience to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversion.
Influencer Marketing
Identify and collaborate with skincare, beauty, and lifestyle influencers who align with our brand values. Build and maintain authentic relationships with influencers to promote treatments, products, and brand initiatives.
Community Management
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture relationships with clients and influencers to build a loyal community around the brand.
Content Creation
Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content that highlights our treatments and products, skincare routines, expert tips, and customer testimonials. Ensure that the content is aligned with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
Collaboration
Partner with the aesthetics team, dermatologists, and skincare experts to create educational content and enhance credibility in the industry.
Campaign Development
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative campaigns, such as product launches, skincare treatment promotions, and beauty education initiatives that drive engagement and lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse the performance of social media posts and influencer campaigns, using insights to optimise future content and strategies for increased reach, engagement, and conversion.
Industry Trends
Stay updated on skincare and aesthetic trends, new treatment technologies, and social media trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and ahead of the competition.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, ideally in skincare, beauty and/or aesthetics.
Strong filming and editing skills, with proficiency in video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut, Final Cut, or similar).
Knowledge and passion for skincare, aesthetics, and beauty treatments, with an ability to communicate complex skincare solutions in an engaging way.
Creativity and a strong understanding of current social media trends, especially in the skincare and beauty sectors.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to optimise results.
Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
