Job Description
Your key responsibility in this role will be to support the media division and wider media team with their day-to-day duties relating to developing strategic channel/media approaches that routinely impress and excite clients. The key role of a media executive is to shape and execute effective advertising campaigns for clients. Your job will be to identify & how to reach target audiences, prepare media plans, launch campaigns, create reports and advise campaign performance; report back to the wider team and the client on the findings and recommendation.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
Ability to understand the client's brief, ask relevant questions and plan media channels (media plan & recommendation) based on client's objectives
Putting together: media plans, reports, optimization recommendations, MRFs - for online & offline media.
Create and manage MRF Sheet and cooperate closely with the creative agency ensuring timely receipt of material and go live dates
Traffic digital campaigns and connect with TAAG team to ensure proper implementation
Follow up with media and creative agency on proper implementation of campaigns (implementation reports)
Manage campaign launches, which includes client's expectations management (in case any delays / challenges etc.)
Ensure booking by administration team is timely and accurate
Prepare client status reports (in the format required by the client eg Monday.com)
Prepare reports and optimization recommendation in required format
Supervision of invoicing process
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
Develop post campaign reports & analysis for clients
Competitive monitoring & analysis
Preparing & presenting basic rationale for media plans and proposals
Additional Information
Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in media planning (online & offline)
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
In-depth knowledge of advertising products, formats, channels and always up to date on any new products in market.
Knowledge in the various Digital platform (Programmatic Display, Video, Social, Search)
