Zenith Global are looking for a new senior executive within the Paid Social team, a rapidly growing and successful team of more than 100 paid social experts. This role offers an opportunity to work on multi-market campaigns for TikTok, helping them deliver innovative brand campaigns across their core European markets.
The Paid Social Senior Executive will work with their Manager and hub lead to deliver best-in-class paid social strategy and ensure faultless execution of campaigns on global social channels.
The Paid Social Senior Executive will deliver on four key objectives:
1. Campaign Optimisation & Reporting
Ensure that campaigns meet or exceed targets and proactively look for opportunities to advance campaign optimisation via test and learn. Responsible for producing, analysing and presenting campaign performance reports, including creating relevant charts and graphs, calculating key metrics and writing actionable insights.
2. Campaign Implementation & Technical Expertise
Ability to accurately implement large scale multi-market campaigns on social platforms. Understands the principles, processes and systems available to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
3. Campaign Planning & Product Knowledge
Familiar with the product suite across paid social platforms and able to confidently answer most client questions. Knows and adheres to best practices and can independently plan multi-market campaigns, providing detailed rationale and recommendations. Keeps up to date with industry and agency developments, and proactively looks for opportunities to progress strategy.
4. Operational Excellence
Through strict adherence to the financial, taxonomy and quality assurance processes, ensures quality and accuracy of output. Responsible for ensuring best practices are adhered to at all times and training other team members where required.
This role will report into the Paid Social Manager in the Zenith Global Paid Social team, a rapidly growing and successful team of 100+ paid social experts based in London, India and Colombia.
The social team for this account will be comprised of four specialists; two in London, and two in our PGD hub in India.
Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
